Sail Hub Debrid services
A debrid service is a paid service that downloads files from file hosts for you and hands them back at full speed. It's optional: SteamRIP and plenty of other sources work without one.
Why you might want one#
- Faster downloads from hosts that limit free users.
- Some premium or restricted hosts only work through one.
- More mirrors work, so a dead link is less likely to stop you.

Connect one#
- Open Download Settings and scroll to Debrid Services.
- Paste your API key next to your service and click Connect. Sail checks it straight away.
From then on, downloads the service supports go through it automatically. Your key stays on your PC.
Anyone with your API key can use your debrid account. Never paste it into a bug report, a screenshot or a chat.
When debrid fails#
Debrid services fetch files from their own servers. Some file hosts block those servers with a bot check like Cloudflare, and a server can't solve a check meant for a person. When that happens, Sail explains it and offers Retry without debrid, which downloads that one file straight from the host on your PC, where you can pass the check yourself. Your debrid connection stays on for everything else.
Faster repeat downloads#
Cache resolved debrid links remembers a working link for 24 hours, so downloading the same game again starts instantly. Turn it off to always fetch a fresh link.
